Management Rights are Jake's passion and he is recognised as a leading industry expert having 14 years experience in Management Rights brokerage, resulting in many hundreds of settled sales.  Jake's expertise and industry contacts resulted in the sale of 'The Towers of Chevron Renaissance', 700 strated units in one scheme - reportedly the biggest single strata scheme in the southern hemisphere.  Jake's knowledge of the NSW Management Rights industry has also resulted in record sales especially in the Byron Bay, Port Macquarie and south to Sydney.  In fact, Jake appears to sell in excess of 80% of all northern NSW and Sydney management rights.  Having previously owned and managed Management Rights, Jake's experience covers all facets of Management Rights both existing and Off The Plan in most areas including Airlie Beach, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie and Sydney.

Following a successful career in media sales and advertising, Warren moved into Motel brokerage in 1996.  In 2002 Management Rights became Warren's new industry challenge.  Having previously worked with Jake Clarke and David Rotheram, the ongoing desire to be part of the MRSales team was natural.  Warren continues to list and sell Management Rights on a regular basis, resulting in excellent sales on the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, Port Macquarie and Brisbane.

Nigel Kilgour

Russ entered the industry in 1999 with his family when they bought their first management rights.  After selling the complex Russ went on to be very successful in the sales of Management Rights for several years, followed by sales in Motels, Hotels & Retaurants. 

After a few years absence from the industry, with a little persuasion, Russ has reignited his passion for the industry and joined the successful team at MR Sales.

Judi Handscomb

Having a sound background in management rights as a hands-on operator commencing in 1997 has given Judi the experience necessary to 'talk the talk'.

Three management rights owned and operated over a 9 year period and writing and publishing an industry book titled 'Management Rights Managed Right' along with further experience as an owners and guests liaison officer for a large management rights public company with management rights across Australia and New Zealand, all enforced Judi's passion to be a successful sales broker in her own right.

Having a sales and marketing and advertising background in New Zealand prior to the move to the Sunshine Coast, Australia, all helped in the decision to join the MR Sales team as their Sunshine Coast management rights broker further expanding MR Sales' philosophy of quality service.
