David Rotheram - Management Rights & Motel Sales Qld & NSW

David has had 5 years experience in selling Management Rights. After a well deserved break and a family reunion in England he is now back doing what he does best.

David has had countless years of operating Motels and Management Rights and still currently owns one of each.

David in his first year of previous employment achieved the award and title of "Rookie of the Year'" and he has never looked back.

Having previously worked with Jake Clarke & Warren Oliver the team spirit of past continues.

David has a wonderful knack of matching potential buyers with exactly what they are looking for.

Warren Oliver - Management Rights & Motel Sales Qld & NSW

Following a successful career in media sales over a 20 year period Warren moved into Motel & Business brokerage in NSW in 1998. This entailed listing and sales of general businesses and freehold/ leasehold motels throughout the northern half of the state.

After moving back to the Gold Coast in 2002 Warren commenced employment with a Tourism Broker listing & selling Management Rights over the ensuing 4 years on the Gold Coast & NSW.

After a short stint back in Business Brokerage, mainly with motels, Warren has joined his previous colleagues Jake Clarke & David Rotheram at Management Rights Sales.

Warren has also owned his own business so understands the pressures faced by Managers in today's environment. He also has a sound understanding of marketing/advertising from his years in the media.
